Job Description:
We're looking for a highly motivated and talented Software Engineering Team Leader to join our growing core team in a start-up-like environment that will help design, develop, and deliver our novel cyber security solution.
Major Responsibilities

" Technically mentor & inspire multiple teams and champion engineering excellence.
" Leading design review sessions, identifying technical bottlenecks and overpowering features when obstacles are discovered.
" Lead and help recruit a team of full-stack developers.
" Drive technical progress and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
" Take leadership over cross team high impact projects.
" Be part of the product leadership team that defines and delivers our vision.
Job Qualifications:
" At least 5 years of experience in Full Stack development.
" At least 2 years of experience as a Software Engineering Team Leader.
" Development experience in TypeScript, Node.js.
" Deep familiarity with cloud infrastructures & development of SAAS applications.
" Strong expertise in SecOps practices, Security Automation (APIs, coding), Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, understanding and utilization of industry best practices, standards such as MITRE and related technologies.
" BSc in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent knowledge.
" Experience working with Security Information Event Management (SIEM) or XDR - Advantage.
