Job Description:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of V&V engineers, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and skills to perform their tasks effectively.
Assign tasks, set priorities, and manage workloads to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, encouraging continuous improvement and professional development.
Develop and implement V&V strategies, plans, and schedules in alignment with project goals and timelines.
Define the scope, objectives, and criteria for V&V activities, ensuring that all requirements are thoroughly tested and validated.
Coordinate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that V&V activities are integrated into the overall project plan.
Job Qualifications:
Quality Assurance and Testing Methodologies:
Proficient in QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience with both manual and automated testing.
Test Planning and Execution:
Ability to develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Experience with test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
Automation Tools:
Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, QTP, or similar.
Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript for automation.
Performance Testing: Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
API Testing: Proficient in API testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or REST-assured.
Version Control Systems: Experience with version control systems such as Git, SVN, or similar.
