The company is a free Caller ID and Phone Call Blocker app with over 300 million users, helping people block unwanted calls, identify telemarketers, record calls, and more.

What You'll Do:
" Lead our data strategy and make sure it aligns with our goals.
" Be hands-on with your team, mentoring and actively working on data projects.
" Manage scalable data architecture and infrastructure.
" Use advanced analytics to drive insights that support business decisions.
" Stay updated on new tools and trends to keep us at the cutting edge.
Job Qualifications:
" 5+ years in data roles, with at least 2 in leadership.
" Strong skills in data architecture, SQL, BigQuery, and visualization tools like Redash or Tableau.
" Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
" Great problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
" Passion for data and always looking to improve.
