Job Description:
Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure IT solutions that meet business requirements
Create detailed architectural blueprints, including system architecture, data architecture, and application architecture
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools to implement solutions
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices
Technical Leadership:
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IT teams
Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions
Oversee the development and testing of solutions
Manage the technical aspects of IT projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Stakeholder Management:
Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences
Present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
Build strong relationships with business and IT teams

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
3+ years of experience in IT on large enterprises, with a strong focus on solution architecture, systems analysis, and design – A must
Knowledge of cloud platforms and IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage)
Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
Familiarity with security best practices and standards
Industry-Specific Knowledge and experience of working closely with RnD groups - Significant advantage
Hands-on experience with Atlassian infrastructure maintenance (JIRA, Confluence) - Significant advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High English proficiency - a must
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies
