Job Description:
As the Cloudinfra Front-End Team Lead you will:
Drive the team's strategic technical direction
Direct and coordinate activities necessary to understand business objectives
Translate business objectives into a technical roadmap
Foster a culture of high standards, growth, and accountability within the team, promoting a shared vision and collective ownership of product and business outcomes.
Conduct design reviews, service health monitoring processes, and development and deployment processes
Provide guidance and mentorship to the team
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer success, and operations, to align product initiatives with business goals and drive successful go-to-market strategies, product adoption and growth.
Job Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of React and its ecosystem - must
2+ year experience in management positions
5+ years of experience developing web applications using JavaScript or TypeScript
Experience in architecture and design of large-scale scalable and high-performance web production systems
Passionate leader with deep desire to make an impact
Knowledge of Node.js backend development
