Job Qualifications:
" 3+ years of experience as a team leader of productive, high-performing engineering teams.
" 7+ years of experience building web applications in both frontend and backend.
" Strong track record of delivering high-quality software, while leading teams.
" Proven ability to lead through influence and collaboration rather than pure authority.
" Ability to make key decisions in a timely manner, while simultaneously weighing the needs and input of multiple stakeholders.
" Strong written and verbal communication skills.
" Interested in partnering with product, design, and various stakeholders across the company to understand how they operate and how to enhance offerings.
" Experience with NodeJs - Advantage.
" Experience with ElasticSearch - Advantage.
" Experience with React.js - Advantage.
" Experience and knowledge of cybersecurity - Advantage.
