Job Description:
As the IT Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our IT department and ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our technology infrastructure
Job Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing an IT team
Strong project management skills with experience in leading complex technology projects
Experience working with Windows/MacOS/Linux operational systems.
Experience with VM infrastructure management (VMWare).
Experience with ticketing system preferred Freshservice.
Customer-focused mindset, with a proven track record in enhancing customer experience through innovative IT solutions
Constantly bring new ideas to improve service center processes, procedures, and services
Fluent in English is a must
