Job Description:
· Defining the QA strategy, approach, standards, and execution.
· Lead the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks.
· Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
· Collaborate with development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
· Identify and report software defects in a timely manner.
· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Job Qualifications:
· BSc or MSc in computer science or computer engineering, or equivalent experience.
· 7+ years of experience in software and/or test automation development (Python or other scripting languages).
· 3+ years of managerial experience.
· Experience with testing and automation for projects involving both software and hardware.
· Background and knowledge around networking and/or storage protocols.
· Experience with Test Management and Test Automation Tools.
· Working on SDK-based products.
· Working with semiconductor companies (an advantage).
· Working with opensource frameworks such as DPDK/SPDK (an advantage).
· Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., QEMU).
