Job Description:
As Director of Multidisciplinary R&D, you will oversee the development and deployment of several medical device products, both in the mature phase (clinical use) and in the early stage (ideation). The job requires background in the medical device industry, and an in-depth understanding of hardware, algorithms, and mechanics.
Job Qualifications:
" An experienced team leader (3+ years managing people) with a hands-on approach.
" B.Sc. in electrical engineering or equivalent.
" Medical device industry experience.
" Fluent in English, with strong technical writing skills.
" Peoples person who truly cares about the people you work with.
" Ability to carry requirements from early phase to full implementation.
" Strong analytical skills, and ability to understand nonstandard problems and find innovative solutions.
" Experience in managing highly skilled developers, and the ability to lead, coach, guide, and influence them.
" Ability to manage, track, and identify risks, bottlenecks, and challenges ahead of time, and oversee technical coordination to resolve them.
" Love for learning new things, desire to make an impact and value for patients.
