Job Description:
Roadmap Management: Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of the product line roadmap
Hands-on Technical Requirements: Write detailed technical requirements and work closely with R&D and the Algo team on the execution of complex deliverables
Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers and prospects to ensure you're building a truly loveable product
Ideation and Discovery: Ensure that the team is solving the right problems the right way with creative, innovative and effective solutions.
Communication and presentation: Present your designs and concepts to stakeholders, customers and development teams clearly and effectively.
Team Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to your team ensuring that they have the support, guidance, and resources needed to succeed
Job Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with AI-based and/or Data products.
Lifecycle Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in all stages of the product life cycle, from discovery to delivery.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions, and guide ROI-based prioritization.
Financial Industry Knowledge: Experience in the financial industry is a significant advantage;
Financial Crime Industry Knowledge: familiarity with the financial crime industry, especially AML/KYC/CDD/Screening, is a significant advantage.
Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of data platforms and data streams, with a solid technical background and understanding of software development.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education: A technologically oriented degree.
