Job Description:
In this role you will be part of the VLSI group, responsible for all aspects of advanced DFT implementations in various chip projects. This will involve improvements in the DFT automation infrastructure, detailed understanding of DFT hardware, ATPG process etc.
It will also include:
• Development and implementation of DFT architecture
• Design and verification of DFT logic and components
• Generation of high-quality test and debug patterns
• Static timing analysis of DFT modes
• Silicon bring-up, diagnosis and support for physical failure analysis
Job Qualifications:
• BSc. in Electrical Engineering from a well-known university
• At least 5 years’ experience as a DFT engineer
• Familiar with DFT standards, knowledge of ATPG tools, JTAG, MBIST
• Experienced in developing DFT specifications and driving DFT architecture and methods for designs
• Chip design, Verilog and System Verilog experience
• Knowledge of Verification, UVM – an advantage
