For a hi-tech company developing products in the field of digital communication, with offices in the Sharon.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our growth and success. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full cycle recruiting for various roles in the company.
Responsibilities:
Manage the hiring process end-to-end, including sourcing, screening, accompanying candidates and interviewing.
Creating candidates’ pipeline: sourcing, working with 3rd party and social media to ensure candidates’ pipeline.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their goals and needs.
Managing recruitment projects, such as Linkedin parties, student fairs and referral program.

Job Qualifications:

At least 6-7 years of experience with technical recruitment.
Recruitment experience for various Hardware(!) positions - a must.
At least 2-3 years of recruiting in-house in a tech company.
Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written.
Global positions background- an advantage.
