Job Description:
We are looking for a communications and information security expert to lead the field and be a significant part of the IT department.
• Installation, configuration, improvement and optimization of the organization's communications network and information security.
• Handling network failures and responding to Tier 2/3 service calls.
• Operating and managing activities with external service providers in the area of ??responsibility and as needed.
• Documenting and improving the professional knowledge of the IT department.
Job Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of practical experience in planning, implementing and troubleshooting complex IP networks.
• Experience with wired and wireless Cisco routing and switching products – CCNP certification is an advantage.
• Experience with routing and load balancing protocols - BGP, IP SLA, Port Channel, LAG, etc.
• Experience in configuring, maintaining and optimizing security products such as: Firewall, NAC, Mail Gateway, DLP, XDR, SSE.
• Familiarity with Radware or Cloudflare DDoS protection service.
• High level of English.
• Advantage – Network engineering teams from service providers (ISP, Telco).
• Advantage – Experience in Ubuntu Linux, writing Python Scripts, working with Containers.
• Advantage - Familiarity/experience working with a public cloud (AWS/ GCP/ Azure).
