Job Description:
Lead, train, motivate, and hire team members to meet required goals with success.
Plan and execute the software work plan from design to deployment.
Collaborate with other teams and lead the integration and release process.
Maintain high standards of software development by establishing good practices and workflows.
50% hands-on feature design, review, integration, and debugging.
Job Qualifications:
BSc. in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent.
3 years of experience in management of software development teams.
7 years of experience in Backend/System development of complex systems.
Highly proficient in modern programming languages - Python is a must.
Familiarity with CI/CD and testing automation tools.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Advantages:
Specific Technologies – Ansible, Jenkins, RabbitMQ, MongoDB.
Experience in projects that include Algorithms and ML.
Experience with in C++
Experience with HPC/Cuda
