Job Description:
Play a substantial part in shaping product strategy based on what's technically possible (and often make the impossible possible).
Lead the full product development lifecycle from design and implementation to testing and production.
Work closely with the team's data scientists to plan and implement new Machine Learning models and strategies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities and provide technological solutions.
Job Qualifications:
6+ years of experience as a team lead with HO passion
Proven expertise in leading, mentoring, and developing a team
Substantial Backend engineering experience and understanding, in high-scale environments and multi-threaded applications, including Java, SQL, and Big Data technologies.
Experience to see through a feature from inception to implementation.
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills.
Deep knowledge of the Ad-Tech industry (RTB and overall Ad Exchanges),
Drives high-quality code standards, and best practices.
