We are seeking a passionate Robotics Autonomy Team Lead to join our team and drive the development of cutting-edge autonomous robotic systems
Job Qualifications:
MSc/PhD in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing, testing, and deploying motion planning and navigation solutions in C++ (or equivalent) on real robotic or autonomous platforms
Strong understanding of traditional and modern approaches to motion planning and navigation, coupled with solid theoretical foundations, practical expertise, and a grasp of relevant data structures, algorithms, and software tools in robotics.
Proficient with version control, code review, and collaborative development processes, demonstrating the ability to produce large volumes of clean, efficient, and well-tested code rapidly
Proven ability to lead experienced SW/Algo engineers, set objectives, and guide technical direction in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
Comfortable navigating unclear solutions, embracing experimentation, and thriving in an ever-evolving landscape where challenges require creativity and resilience
